Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of offstagemode.com (the “Site”) and to purchases from Offstage Mode LLC (“OFFSTAGE MODE”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.

2. Products and availability

We try to show product colors, sizes and details accurately, but screen displays vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We don’t store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud, resale, or errors in pricing or availability. If that happens, you’ll receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms. All sales are final. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t shipped. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.

6. Taxes and duties

You’re responsible for applicable sales taxes, VAT, import duties and customs fees, unless they’re collected at checkout.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the OFFSTAGE MODE name and logo, designs, images and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes using it for unlawful purposes, interfering with its security, scraping, or buying products for unauthorized resale.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
